A1C Test: 5.5!

Today I got back the results from my latest blood exams, and they were super!
The A1C value (also called HbA1c) was down to 5.5, from 6.6 it was 6 months ago.
I was very pleased with the results, although I was expecting them to be good… after all that hard work! However, i want them to get even better in the next 6 months… in the last week or so, my blood sugars have not been very good, but I’ve been sick (damn flu)… as soon as I’ll recover completely, I’ll start again exercising and they should get better.
So, now I’m going celebrate with an ice cream!
